Splice Cassette LGX Series splice cassettes and enclosures support up to 72-Fibers per RU and are classified as medium density products.

One rack unit supports up to 3 LGX Series ARIA Splice Cassettes (ASCs) with support for 24-Fibers each.

The cassette features excellent fiber management, support for single or ribbon fiber, and maintains easily accessible ports.

The supporting enclosures are available in 1RU or 2RU formats and feature removable latching sliding trays.

Enclosure Features

  • 1RU or 2RU rackmount panel options.
  • Panels can be mounted at 4 different depths for 19” racks and 3 different depths for 23” racks.
  • Cable jackets and strength members can be secured at the back of the chassis or at the strain relief bracket.
  • The spring latching sliding tray improves connector and splicing compartment without removing the cassettes.

Latching, Sliding, and Removable Tray System

A spring latch at the front of the sliding tray when lifted permits the tray to slide forward or backward.
The sliding tray locks in the forward position and provides access to the splice cassettes and connectors for splicing, cleaning, and testing. A spring latch at the rear of the tray when lifted allows the sliding tray to be removed.
The tray can be removed and brought to a comfortable level on a table or workstation for easy access to the splice cassettes and connectors.
